Chargeback & Social Media Policy

We’re committed to handling any order issues quickly and fairly as possible. If there’s ever a problem, please respectfully contact us directly at ohsocharmed2@gmail.com Most situations can be resolved faster this way. The following is our chargeback policy:

  • Valid chargebacks: unauthorized charges, duplicate billing, non-delivery after 30–60 days, or items that are significantly not as described.
  • Invalid chargebacks: buyer’s remorse, not reading product details/policies, or filing instead of contacting us for help.

⚠️ Please note, public threats, abusive language, or harassment of any kind on our social media, or via email is not appropriate and will not be tolerated. Customers who misuse our platform or abuse the chargeback process will be banned from our socials, reported, and any current purchases or future orders declined. We also reserve the right to dispute any claims with full documentation.
