Because each of our products is custom-made and hand-designed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. There is no store credit or gift card offered at our small business.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you in filing a shipping claim.
