All orders are processed in 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated. Please note, the processing and shipping timeline could vary by collection and the holiday season.  Once your order arrives, we kindly ask that you inspect all contents right away. If there is any issue, please reach out to us by email within two days of delivery so we can address it promptly. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate concerns regarding missing or flawed items brought to our attention weeks or months after receipt.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within two days via email of receiving it so we can assist you in a timely manner.

Please note, we cannot be responsible for items that show signs of use, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the customer or outside parties. As a small business, we’re unable to offer open-ended replacement or exchange options.
